Help with SPDT on off on wiring

I'd like to add the 'Really Nice Guy' mods to the Mid Fi Random Number Generator that I made on vero. I've got the schematic for the mods, but I don't think I've used an on off on switch before. So do I connect the 47k resistor to the middle lug of the SPDT and the 2M2 to one outer lug, and the cap to the other?

After a look at the Multiplex build doc, I think this is right
