I should be able to put this thing together tomorrow and do some pics and a video. Here's the pron for now. I had one major mistake in my layout but I tracked it down and corrected fairly quickly.

I've made some re-adjustments to the top portion of the PCB to more easily allow the jacks. Mine will be quite tight, but the actual production boards will be less of a hassle to get in the 1590BB.
