Stereo Bloviator - 4 Knobs or 2 Dual Gangs?

I'm planning on building a "Stereo" Bloviator using two boards but I was wondering if it would be better to use 2 Dual Gang pots (1 gang per board) or just the 4 pots?

Dual gang would give you less knobs and easier controls. As less is more. If you want them to sound exactly the same that is. If not then 4 knobs would give you total control. Your call basically.
