There are 3 main factories making tubes. One in China, one in Russia, one in Chech republic. The tubes are tested and lot sorted then branded accordingly.

I think it is 2 separate production factories in Russia:

Svetlana in St. Petersburg Russia
Xpo-pul in Saratov Russia
JJ/Tesla in Czech.
Shuguang in China

Any new, common production tube will have come from one of these 4 production facilities.
