Tight Rock

I wanted to know if anybody could explain the differences between the Tight Rock and the Tight Metal.  Seems that juansolo or somebody had a post in build reports that explained the differences.  I built a tight metal with Brane's board and it sounds great.  I wanted to build a tight rock and compare the two.
