Harbinger One and POP

I put 2 4.7uF caps in parallel (didn't have 10uF) between the output wire & the pad on the 3pdt board (at switch) and this did the trick.  This time for real.  Seems to pop a little at first, then go away completely.  I tested voltage at switch side of newly installed caps & it seems to be high (as high as 1.4v with volume full up), but then it drops over a few minutes.  Again, while playing, I have a little pop at first, then it goes away.  Many thanks again, MB!

I get a pop when I switch from  vintage to modern  Brian which lugs would I put the 1m resistor ,on the c/v its the two outer ones as you said above.
