Delay with LFO Filter Modulation??

One of my favorite delay plugins is Ohmforce Ohmboys Delay which has a really nice delay where you can modulate the (HP) filter on the repeats.

Are there currently any DIY delays out there that can do this sort of thing? I know we have delays with modulation but it's not the same type of effect.

For those not familiar with the type of effect I am talking about, I can upload a clip later.

I have no idea what it would take to design something like this so maybe it's a no-go for analog.
