King of Tone and treble booster in 1 enclosure wiring help

Hi, I was wondering if any of you could help me out with a diagram on how to wire what is essentially 3 pedals in one enclosure. I have a diagram for two, but not three.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

looks like it's the same as two, just with one addition
