This is going to be big... These are all the builds since the restore. Newest first.

Tri-Metal
Not even mine. I did the box and buggered off to India. Cleggy is responsible for everything else. I guess he's been paying attention as his first ever multi turned out pretty good.

These are the proto's of Grinds Trinity of Metal distortions (group buy on now), all shoved into one box. Interesting wiring as we didn't want two charge pumps in there (causes issues) so we're pulling the -9v feed from the Aeons to feed the Shred Dominator.

Cyborg Bette
First of a couple of pedals for Mark Pitchfork. A script Phase 90. I really don't understand the like for them with the feedback of the block, it just adds too much noise and doesn't sound as nice. Had two different boards and they both do the same when you stick the feedback resistor in... Maybe it's just a thing, but I don't like it. PCB from Fuzzdog in the UK.

Echo
Second for Mr P is a Grind Tenebrion. Completely stock with a medium brick. As we like them.

Echorus
Finally for this new batch is a 'Bean Deathklaw delay and a Stomptown Small Clone clone in a box for Shaun.

Tears of the Unicorn
Well I wasn't entirely accurate as I kept one klone board back. It's a Pickdropper mini. The theory was that I'd hold onto it and maybe make one more multi with it. It never panned out so I decided to do something different.

Behold! This one has a rotary switch that can select the three different configurations of the tone setup that we know of. First we call silver, because it matches the first Klone ever to be traced, which happened to be silver. The second we call gold because it matches the gold Klon we back-to-backed ours with. The third is reverse, which has some of the changes found in the BYOC silver traced Klon.

Not the prettiest build I'll admit, it's really not made for a box like this. But it's solid and has top mounted jacks, which everyone wants.

Made it to sell, no one's bought it ;) Typical!

Guv' Dredd
Everytime we build a Guv'nor I keep meaning to build one for us because they sound great. Finally I ordered an extra board from Fuzzdog and have done it.

YASTM2
Yet another STM2 with Rej mods. This is for Mr Pitchfork.

Bad Stone
Lectric-FX continues it's run of vintage EHX clones with the Bloodstone (Bad Stone) Phaser. Really impressed with this one, very quiet (for an old EHX) and a great phaser. As with all of these, I've gone a bit traditional with the decal. Don't know why I always do this with old EHX stuff, but I once again felt the need to do so.

Foobomb II
Shaun came around and managed to part me from my Mini Foobomb Screamer so a replacement was in order. As I no longer do mini's, it's now a midi-Foobomb. Ubiquitous Tube Screamer board from Fuzzdog FX.

Rock Squeezer
An unusual build for us. We were given a Rockson compressor. Being Ross based it was a noisy bugger so wouldn't do. It's been gutted and rebuilt with a TH Custom relay switch and Grind Rotten Komp PCB. Because we can.

Snapper re-gut
A bit unusual this one. A Red Snapper sent to us for repair. The problem was with it's relay switching, but it being a 3/4 layer PCB made tracing that bit a royal pain in the arse. We tried swapping the relay hoping it'd be that, but it wasn't.

In the end it was easier to gut the thing and re-build it Juan-stylie. So opto-switch and the circuit re-built on a Fuzzdog Little Screamer board (3 guesses as to what a Snapper is related to...). We re-used the Box, op-amp, pots, knobs and battery enclosure and the rest is all new. At least the fella now has a pedal he can use, even if it's not as it came from Menatone.

Vault Boy
Multi-Fuzz for Jack (MBB of TFB). 76 Jumbo Tonebender and Ultrastoner MkII this time with an UglyFace+LFO (Machete) on the front for bringing the madness.

JTB built on a 1776 Sucker Punch, Utrastonerage and Machete brought to you by Grind Customs

C&H Fuzzball
Multi-Fuzz for Paul (TPD of TFB). 76 Jumbo Tonebender and Ultrastoner MkII with a SHO on the back for Boosting to face melting levels.

JTB built on a 1776 Sucker Punch, Utrastonerage and SuperFET brought to you by Grind Customs

The Call of Cthulhu
More Grind DeProfundis action, this time for Yannick, just over the water in the Netherlands. Full four knob version.

Another Black Hole
Not sure what it is with me and Black Holes when it comes to compressors. Another Grind Rotten Komp.

Toobin'
The other two circuits we adapted to the STM800 board. Indeed this is probably the longest anything has ever sat in the 'to be boxed' box. These are the prototypes Cleggy made prior to the release of the STM800 board that Grind Customs did to turn the valve projects into kits. It's slightly embarrasing that it's taken me this long to put them in boxes! One is a Marshall JTM45, the other is a Soldano Atomic 16.

PS1A
PS1A clone for Jim. One of those nightmare builds that comes along every now and then to frustrate you. Just one thing after another. I think this has been out of the box 4 times during build... All sorted in the end, but not as pretty as it should be considering.

The Dream Team
Jubal's Nailgun and Fuzzdog's Warpig. Bringing Brian and Tony's toanz with probably the least appropriate decal ever.

Tight Metal
Chuckbuick's SMD layout made through hole by Kunfuz. Obviously Iron Man brings the rock and War Machine brings the metal.

Mischief Maker
The Mischief Maker is DJSpecialist of The Fretboard's Ultrastoner. Decal of his own design. Came out nice.

Zirconia
A LectricFX Zirconia compressor. Bloody marvellous. All we've done here is crank it up to 18V for more headroom with a charge pump.

BriTonBender
4000mile Phil's new multi. A Fuzzdog Figaro and Warpig with a 1776 Sucker Punch built to 76 TB specs. Smashing!

Shaun's new pedals...

YASTM2
Guess what... You know, I'm not even going to bother, it's just like the other one up there ^ ;)

PS1A Mini
A PS-1A clone built on AlanP's PCB and squeeeeezed into a 1590BB. We modify these quite heavily to play nice with guitar. It's a bit of a mess inside due to said moddage. Also we had issues with the proximity of the clock to the output jack (I put it right on top of it...) and we ended up needing to shield the jack itself as well as the input and output lines to eliminate the clicking.

This one came out sounding bloody marvellous. To the point that I didn't really want Shaun to come and pick it up.

MegaPussy
Built on a Ultra-Fk PCB. This is a Megalith clone that I consider to be one of the most massive and epic fuzzes I've ever come across. Subtle it isn't. But if you want big, thick, ball-shaking doom. This is the pussy for you.

Mountain Man Effects Grizz Prototype
I'm only responsible for boxing this up, it was populated by Jason. This is a Grizz Prototype sent to us for evaluation and it's bloody marvellous. Not sure how much I can say about this one... It's a dual drive, quite thick on one side, more traditional on the other. It's really very, very good.

The Assassin Zombie Monkey
Matt is going to die when he sees this one ;)

This is ROG's magnificent cranked Marshall simulator, the Thunderbird. Unlike older ROG amp-like distortions, this one doesn't have the topology of the amp, it just aims to emulate the sound and boy does it! It's awesome with one caveat, it's noisy.

A lot of high gain distortions have this issue and we really liked the way Amptweaker's Tight Metal used a simple noise gate in the signal path. We'll we've not used a simple gate, but a bloody awesome one (please don't ask, I can't and I won't answer as to what it is or where to get it). Should you want to do the same you could graft in something simple like the one in the TM, or one of the many other gates out there. Simply fit it in place of C25. That's it. It works spectacularly well.

YAJTB
I've built loads of these, and rightly so as they're magnificent.

We've build things on the 1776 Effects Sucker Punch PCB before. However we had a '76 Jumbo Tonebender pass though our mitts briefly and were blown away by it. Enough to sneak a peek under the hood and make a note of all the bits.

It's a magnificent beastie, somewhere between a bender and a muff... The switch on this one allows you to go between 76 JTB and B&M Fuzz Unit (only two parts differ). The B&M sounds more muffy (big scoop) compared to the much flatter JTB.

Neunaber's New Neighbour
Turns one stompbox into two, twice!

I'm a bit of a fan of Neunaber's magnificent pedals and their Pedal Customiser software that allows you to load other effects onto them to try. They took this to another level with the V2 pedals and with the EXP pedal it allows you to have 4 patches loaded simultaneously and switch between them. Which spawned the idea to unlock a little known feature of the V1 pedals that I have.

The V1 pedals have both a stereo and mono patch on them. I'm only using it in mono, and you can force write a second mono patch over the stereo one that you can access by plugging in the 2nd out jack. So a track cut and a swtiched output jack onto each pedal (as I've got two) gives me a standard pedal with a socket that will switch between stereo and mono patches. Are you keeping up with me...? Good!

Now I add a switch box on the end of each jack (I've incorporated power also for neatness) with a dual colour LED to indicate which patch is selected. Et voila, two pedals become four. I have it currently configured with the delay as a straight digital delay with the alternate as a delay with reverb, and the reverb as a stock WET and the alternate being a Seraphim Shimmer. There's nothing stopping me making any of them a Chorus or any other patch that Neunaber have in their software. Cool huh!?

That's yer lot.

That might take a while to load...

Sorry about that.

But that's everything that was missing.
