My first adventure with eagle

Thanks to JMK's tutorials, I Finley got started working on Eagle with MB's library. I actually haven't done a lot of pcb designing before. I'm having so much fun!

This is a stereo version of Fred Brigg's mixer that he used for a Behringer rehouse, with board mounted neutrik jacks on the back side of the board.



Am I crazy?

Phew thanks! I must admit, though, that I cheated with quite a few vias.

Looks pretty good. In my opinion, Eagle is fun, addictive, and rewarding to use. Decent layout you have there. Vias aren't necessarily cheating, but you do get a big rush when you find a way to get everything together without them.

Key thing about via's is to keep them as far away from solder pads (and metal pot backs, etc) as you can.
