Queen of bone - drill plan question

which size should i print the drill plan of the Queen of bone doc, to apply the "real" measurements
ive tried letter and A4 but none lead to the actual size
or how you guys do it?

for the most drill plans with the enclosure shows, i did a screenshot and resized the graphic to the real enclosures measurements

There's normally a 'print actual size' option in the print dialog for PDFs. That's what you want.

I use photoshop and and start with a 300DPI 8.5 X 11 image. Copy the QOB PCB to that new document and I then resized the QOB PCB to match 5mm between pads for the capacitors. There are many different methods to doing it.
