Difference in pot tapers

Hi all. Building a tusk which calls for a dual 100k linear gain pot, so I order dual 100k audio pots. What difference will there be if I use this?

Is it a dual hang audio pot? It's harder to control, all of the crunch is bunched up at the end of the pots travel instead of smoothly throughout the turn. It will be worth it to get the linear.
