inkjet decal nightmare

So after the night I can tell that the decal has no bubbles, but no ink either. So there is a balance between safety for the ink and safety for the decal. I guess two layers is the next thing to try.

alright brothers in pedal building...
I tried with 2 layers and it worked perfectly so it seems it's directly related to that ..
