Using the Cozybuilder tutorial i linked to above, came up with this hacked 1590B. Have continuity between the two glued together pieces.

LIC pedals has painted enclosures on eBay that are wedge like that. He specializes in MKI And II replica stuff.

Those wedges he's selling look an awful lot like Mac Walkers wedges right down to the machining marks on the raw boxes. They're much bigger then a 1590B. Mac has another run of his up for sale again. They are in fact Mac's, he has those ebay photos in his for sale thread.

Haha some even said LIC pedals on them. No idea who gets them from who but they are available on eBay. I will warn you guys I've been dealing with that guy through eBay and he is slow as hell.
