Anyone make a plain, basic 3pdt board?

I mean a plain old pdb for the switch.
No trimpots, no ic's, no CLR.
Just a plain pcb with holes for LED -, IN, OUT, and Ground, with the grounded lugs already linked.
More and more pcbs come with all that already. Just want something to make it look clean without adding the extra parts that I won't use.
I build, and once in a while I might sell, pedals as "Vertigo Effects".

Pedal Parts Plus has one. I think Mammoth has one as well. You could always etch your own too.

There's a layout on oshpark I've bought before that someone shared.

I've never tried PPP's but in the following thread someone reported that they don't fit standard 3PDT switch lugs. Probably better to pass on theirs.

Thank you, gents!
I'll check PPP, always forget they have more than enclosures.
I'm so done with Mammoth.

Every color except green!

Boom! You win.
Great, another place for me to buy PCBs I don't have enough time to build!

Look in the oh park thread, there are basic ones there, I love them.

Pedal building is like the opposite of sex.  All the fun stuff happens before you get in the box.

If those are the same I bought awhile back, they are for the pcb mount 3PDT switches.

Enlighten me, still have to strip all the wires, now have twice as many solder joints to make, looks like it's going to take more and longer heating to solder to the lugs then if just soldering a thin wire to a lug so more chance of buggering the switch. Is this entirely an aesthetic thing?

If my photos are missing again... they're hosted by photobucket... and as of 06/2017 being held hostage... to be continued?

I think neatness more then anything Dave.  Hides some wires and you can solder in underneath the board.  Like everything open to opinion of course!

My boards are pretty basic.  You can leave off the CLR (instead of soldering to "led-" solder to the left lug of R1).  Also they are pretty cheap at $1.20 AUD (~$1 usd) and will fit both solder lug and pcb lug pins.  Sorry to flog my own wares, just thought it was appropriate to the topic!

For me, aesthetics is part of it, but if I'm building multiples, the benefit is that the wire lengths are all the same. Measure once, cut 40 of them, done. Saves a lot of time in the long run.
