Kurt Rosenwinkel used one of those. Beautiful masterpiece.

The man is a real artist, as a player, as a composer and as a pedal user :). It is hard to see a jazz player use that many pedals

and don't forget Mr Frisell (probably my favorite guitarist) and Wolfgang Muthspiel.

I really dig Adam Rogers, Scofield and Lage Lund, but Wayne Krantz has never been my cup of tea (although he has really great songs) and I haven't heard enough from Mike Moreno.
Another guy I've been listening to a lot lately is Jakob Bro. His music has a certain Frisellian vibe.

Wow, other Kurt lovers. But I didn't know he was a pedal user. Cool to know.

+3 here!

Where's Guitarmageddon Ben? He's another Kurt fan.

Nice to hear these names here indeed and great video! Reconfirms my plan to save some money to buy a superego...
Nels Cline isn't bad either among (kinda) jazz guitarists who have a fetish with pedals: :-)

Yep, I saw him live last year here in Santander, for free, in a theatre with a 30 people ambience. A very special experience... what he does with the 16 second EHX delay is awesome, it would be nice to try to replicate the inner working of that pedal

I can't decide if this is either totally discouraging to picking up that guitar tonight or totally inspirational  :P

i can't decide what is most indecent: THE shirt, or the amount of work required to get to that level of playing....

TNblueshawk

If playing that great comes with the shirt count me in for a dozen colors of said shirt!

I think the shirt is way of saying ' I can wear that and still be admired. I am THAT good at guitar!!'
