You go to put the lid on a pedal and ALL THE LOOSE SCREWS YOU CAN FIND ARE THE WRONG SIZE?!?

The trick is to label every baggy and bottom plate that comes with each enclosure as soon as you take it all out of the shrink wrap. Saves a lot of frustration later on.

Actually, I take it one step further, and secure the screws (either loose or in the bag) in each enclosure to the lid with masking tape when I open them up.

I always bag them and tape the bag to the inside of the bottom plate.

No worries about that with the Wheel of Time series -- no director is going to pick that one up.

The Discworld stuff had me slightly worried, but it seems to be a box of fluffies so far :)

Me too just so i don't misplace them but i've yet to come across a diecast enclosure that wasn't 6-32 screws...?

Yeah, they've all been 6-32 but some boxes require shorter screws

Can you drill and tap the holes deeper or make the screws shorter (a pain with stainless steel.)?
