Musikding deluxe Icar 100k pot vs Dunlop hot potz II

Hi everyone, I recently bought Icar wah pot and installed it and it is noisy and scratchy. So I decide to return it to Musikding and they offer me me new one.
My fear is that I could get another one with same issues, so I was thinking of taking Hot Potz II.
What do you think? Is there anyone with same experience as me?
