First build problem: Zombii

Hi people,
I'm building my first pedal which is the Zombii and I've hit a snag. I'm having a problem wiring the 3dpt switch. The first time I tried I used the Madbean wiring layout and got no signal at all. Then I tried the Beavis wiring layout and now the effect works  fine but I get no signal when bypassed. If anybody could help me out it would be much appreciated.

Can you upload a pic of your current wiring? That would be the easiest way to debug it.
