Harbinger one volume drop [Solved]

I'm lost. It's been a while and I can't work it out... The pedal works very nicely but with the volume at full there is a slight drop in volume.

If I remove Q13 to stop the lamp oscillating it is clear that there isn't a volume drop at max.

Is this in both chorus and vibe, and even with the buffer engaged?

Mine's unity is almost max in some settings with the buffer off.

Ahh okay, well it seems like it works correctly, this is exactly how mine is.

I was just expecting the volume to give a little boost on some settings.
