Mangler - metal or carbon resistors?

Upon checking over my completed circuit board (waiting for the enclosure to dry) I realized I used metal film resistors everywhere. I looked again at the build doc and saw that some of the resistors call for 'carbon or metal film' and some say 'carbon comp or film'. Does it make a huge difference having metal film in there everywhere? Should I switch them out?

Thanks

It's not really a huge deal, metal film 1% resistors are just more tolerant of changes and don't fluctuate as much as 5% resistors do (hence the names). I just use whatever I have on hand

Pedal building is like the opposite of sex.  All the fun stuff happens before you get in the box.

Yea, well I *have* the metal film in there right now, I was just checking that there wasn't any need or benefit to having carbon in there.

If you want more noise in the circuit, replace the metal film with carbon. For sure, there's no need. The only benefit would be if you really wanted to recreate the original with warts and all.

Nope I'm good with no warts. Thanks!
