I've never heard of that rackmount delay the pedal is based on.

What classic songs can I listen to that feature it?

I'm pretty sure the Edge uses one...

Maybe I'm a horrible person, but with the Strymon delays, the three dozen Electroharmonix Memory Men, the DD3, the Carbon Copy, the RE-20 repro, the Flashback the AquaPuss 2...

it's hard to get excited about another one.

Kind of with you on that one.

Delays seem to be 'in' at the moment.

Korg do put out good stuff though.

Pretty much everything recorded in the 80's until....'95

Classic piece of hardware, we still hear it in many recordings, but it's the plug in that is used.

Read and listen to shootouts between those ans the SsD and none as à preamp/headroom achieved by that unit.... They try hard but they dont come close...

Looks a lot like the Vox Delaylab form factor. I know Korg owns Vox now, and GC was blowing out the DL, so maybe....

Yeah, but that's like saying "I'm pretty sure the Edge eats food." For every single U2 song, he always plays through the same effects live as he did in the studio (which is why he has so many), so you'd have an easier time finding something he doesn't use.

jkokura

I dunno about that, but that's still an indicator that he uses one, which means if you've heard any U2 songs, chances are high you've heard one.

Just saying.

Not the Edge, just his tech.

I always figured the Edge for a 2290 kind of guy.
