So you clearcoated over the photo paper?

Yes.  I used this paper (film).

Any color bleeds?

No.  The film I used has a special coating that kept it from bleeding.  It seemed to be ready to handle immediately after it printed and I stuck it and coated it within about 10 minutes of printing.  After peeling the backing off and sticking it to the enclosure I used the backing to lay over the art (smooth side down, against the art) while I rubbed it on with the smooth, round end of a Sharpie.  It didn't smear as I did this and it didn't bleed when I clear coated it.

Did you bake it to cure the clearcoat?

No.  I used Rustoleum and it's hard as a rock after a couple coats and you can't even see the edge of the film.  It almost looks screen printed on the enclosure.

Wow, I just bought some Papillio adhesive paper and vinyl, but I may stop by Walmart too to get some of this.

Good to know that Rustoleum worked well, I'm using that right now, too!

I love the artwork...awesome job on the wiring, and building as well... I'll have to try out that inkjet film stuff, seems like it's easy to work w/.... Great job!
