Sunking II bass mod - more bass please

I recently finished my Sunking II build. I followed the recommended capacitor and resistor changes for bass from the build documents. I think that I need more bass in the output. My question is to increase the amount of bass output, do I increase the value of C16? If I do increase the value of C16, do I have to change values of other components?
