Smallbear sells hardware for jacks, pots, switches. I get my internal tooth washers for jacks at the hardware store. I just bring a jack with me to test fit.

McMaster Carr for stainless steel star washers (and SS 4/40 machine screws, nuts, Keps nuts), PPP for the small diameter flat SS stomp switches and toggle switches. Pot hardware, i'm good with the supplied nuts and washers but supply the toothed lockwashers.

+1 on this. I use mcmaster constantly for work and they are a fantastic hardware company. Most of the time when I place an order before 4 pm I get it the next day (Mon-Fri).
