Built this one yesterday, for a certain forum member.

haha Raj we do the same thing with shimming the DC jack with the ugly white 3PDT washer. I did that before I bought a bag of extra nuts for the DC jacks. The white washer works great.

Great looking build, came out really clean.

Thanks, i would have normaly used a Lumberg style jack, but i had my mind elsewhere while drilling and i drilled a jack hole so...... went for a bigger hole and those are the only jacks i had left.

It's the only use i can see with those white washers, for some reason i keep them all in a part bin.
