I just realized that I don't have a 3.3nf cap for C4, but I DO have both 2.7nF and 3.9nF. Will either of these work the same?

Use the 3n9. When you consider tolerances it is probably better to be just a bit above 3.3. rather than (possibly) below 2n7 in this case.
