Pulsing LED with Pork Barrel?

Is there a way to make the LED pulse? Something like connecting to one of the 'rate' pot lugs?

try tapping pin 2 of IC3 (mn3101) or pin 6 of IC4 (mn3007). i would test the voltage at that pin first though, just to make sure it something reasonable to properly turn on an led.
