Bloviator 1 question

Im making the version one (single sided board)
Im confused because the layout  has a C10 and neither the schematic or BOM states a value for it
can you help please?

It is a 100uF electrolytic cap. Check next to the TL071 IC on the top right of the schem. the cap helps smooth out the VB supply.
