Texas instruments rc4558p??

Are the Texas instruments rc4558p chips any count? I acquired a bunch of the chips in a parts lot I bought. I know the 4558 chips are used in the Tube Screamers but I'm not sure what I could use them for.

To find out, you could compare the datasheet to the JRC one, shouldn't be to hard to find on the internet. I'd be interested in the results! Alternatively, you could pop one into a know working build, something like a Tubescreamer clone, and see if you like it!
