Heh, you just reminded me why I haven't lived with a plugged-in TV since I moved out of my parents' house, several years ago now.

Except with less viagra ads, and more every damn thing else ads. (Anyone else ever want to put their fking FIST through the TV screen?)

Not a TV show, but I went to see the new Mad Max film over the weekend.

It's absolutely mental... in the best way possible 

Best action film I've seen for years.

Saw it Sunday night. 

It a polarizing film..

I loved it, my mate was going "wtf did I just watch - mind blown", and the people behind us coming out of the cinema were "that was the worst film I've ever seen".

2017 looks like the second half of walking dead, humans, and maybe catching up on a bunch of other series from the fall that I didn't get a chance to watch

I watched Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency over the holidays.

Confusing as all hell in the best possible ways. Very much captured the Douglas Adams style of the originals. Not perfect (Some of the performances were a bit wooden and some of the plot threads drag at times) but it made for a hell of a fun trip.

oh yeah, and I watched "The Expanse" in one 10 hour long binge on Adam Savage's recommendation. Its good. Enjoy it.
