Good thing I asked!  ::)

wiggling pins into the board has been a nightmare for me already on a few 4-pot 1590B builds, I can't even imagine wiggling four rotaries in and then the switch and then the pots too. I guess I better overdrill generously!  ;D

Right now I'm considering not putting in the boardmounted pots at all but making them out of regular solderlug ones and some diode clipoffs, that'd make them a whole lot more "wiggleable" or "insertable" if I solder them to the board first?

Pedal building is like the opposite of sex.  All the fun stuff happens before you get in the box.

This particular build is the 1.0, the 1.4 has a different arrangement of controls -- the drills are the same, but the control placement is not.

The first page of the build doc should have a roughly 1:1 pots, LEDs, and switches layout -- print it out and compare it to your PCB to see if it is scaled correctly.
