I'd like to do 3-way clipping with 2 diode options like this: a, b, a+b.  I know it MUST be possible, but I'm hitting a mental wall.  See if you can help a guy out.  One internet to the first person to do it :)

Here's how my switch works:

1 4
2 5
3 6

Connect one side of all four diodes to one connection point on the PCB. Connect 2 and 5 to the other connection point. Now connect one diode pair's unconnected side to 4, and the other diode's unconnected side to 3.

Or to put it another way, you only need a single pole on-on-on switch, which is 1/3 the price of the switch you're using.

Whoops!  sorry!  I should have been more specific!

There are separate two things going on here.  One's feedback loop clipping, the other to ground.  4 total necessary connections.

I agree.  If there were one termination, I'd be done ;)

Oh good mercy.  I am the dumbest man alive.

connect 1 and 2 to 2 and 3 :P

connect 3 and 4 to 5 and 5.  I feel so stupid.  :-[
