Aquaboy DX (was working perfectly) gives only clean signal , no more delay??

Hello everyone,

Two days ago i finished my Aquaboy DX,  using v3205's. I had it working perfectly after calibrating, with just a little bit distortion on the repeats. The next day i wanted to see if i could get rid of the distortion. So i plugged it in, without having anything changed at all, and i got only clean signal on output!!
I have probed the signal, as mentioned in the project doc: There is signal on pin 7 of the sa571, ic3(v3205) receives this signal but no longer gives output on pins 3 and 4. I only hear clock-whine on these pins. Calibrating with the trimpots gives no result at all.
The mix pot doesnt receive any signal at all, and the vactrol-led is shining very faint now.
I have been checking over and over, but cant find the problem. All IC's are working, i tested them in my aquaboy rev.2. I only couldnt test the tl062.
D3 is omitted, d1 and d2(8.2v zener) are in place,  as it should be.
I really need some help on this one.

I had a similar problem with mine. I solved it by using an MN3101 for the clock.

Thanks for your help. Your case looks very similar indeed. I will certainly try switching the clock to a mn3101 or a v3201. I already tried switching the bl3102 with another one, it didnt help. I hope i only have to switch the clock, resoldering makes a bit of a mess of the board. It still is a bit strange that the bbd's and the clock function well in the aquaboy rev. 2 .
I will let you know if this is the culprit!
