Mystery Pedal

I built this a while back, but didn't post it (at least that I can remember).

Due to the proprietary nature of this build, I cannot say what circuit is in there.  My only regret is that I didn't goop it before sending it out, now somebody will be able to disassemble it and figure out what circuit it is.

Damn, I know we go for the fancy schmancy stuff here, but I have to say: that's probably the coolest finish and graphics I've seen in a very long time.  Simple, and simply stunning.

It's a shame that nobody will ever figure out what's going on behind all the goop.

I think that's the most tasteful use of schematic imagery I've seen on a pedal, I'd remember it if I'd seen it before.

Goes to show that excessive exposure to 1/8W resistors leads to SMD too.

That is one beautiful build. I love the way the blue pops and the orange led is perfect. As mentioned above, the graphics are sweet as well (as always)!

I may be totally missing something, but it says Tubescreamer on the photobucket page... and it looks like a Tubescreamer... Anyway, this is a perfect build as usual! Love the blue and the minimal labling.

Superb build! The pins + jumper thing is a great idea, it takes less space than a DIP switch but gives you more options than soldering a jumper.

Oh, and I really love that blue, too. And the etch is superb as always.

Actually, most of the SMT layouts came before I did any of my 1/8W resistor layouts.  I dig them all.  :-)
