Ghost in my new serendipity??......

So, I built a serendipity last night, debugged it quickly and it worked great. It was late so I didn't have time to really test it out. Today I wake up all excited to givebthisnthing a run and unfortunately, no output. Can't figure it out. If I can't figure this out by tomorrow I'll take some pics, but as always I'm impatient and hoping someone has some input on this odd occurrence. All wires seem to be solid, etc. I'll post back when I figure this out. Input always appreciated. Thanks guys.

Did you leave your plugs in and drain the battery?  Must be something simple

Is the pcb shorting out on something? Happened to me the other day at rehearsal. Worked at home, first food run at rehearsal and nothing.
