Im not sure about the regulator.  I had a rebote once that I was powering off 9v battery.  The battery went flat and the rebote when absolutely mental.  Ear piearcing.  Nearly deafened me.  Maybe your circuits not getting enough power or maybe the dc power pack isn't outputting enough?

Mate, ive got the values feom Jimi Lee and will check it out! One thing for sure is that rhe 1Spot output is constantly 9,3V

Sooo,
my values with the battery are relatively similar.
With the PS , things are a bit different.
I've noticed that with a PS the values on pins 3 and 4 should be 0. My pin 4 is always giving some leak (0,25V)
on the regulator:(im using a inverted 78l05)
7,7
0
6,8V
This leakage on pin 4 could be the prob? or the regulator values?#the TL072 is fine.
ive checked the pins 3 and 4 and there is no bridge between than, only when the IC is plugged.
any ideas??

Nope, I will have to look to see which one I used. I don't remember right off. I should have looked when I took readings, but the writing is so tiny.

The problem was solved quicker than expected!!
I've read that the  78L05  has an inverted pinnout compared to the suggested 7805!
first build!

BUT, in the layout I've got , is showing the orientation of a 78L05! I know I should have followed the schematics and the pcb traces, but following the datasheet it was obvious that I should invert mu 78L05 in order to fit in this 7805 layout.
Actually, I inserted the 78l05 in the same orientation as the 7805 and I've got the perfect measurements!!! How odd is this? or the noob here is so stupid? I don't get it!!
