Any Humble Pie and or early Peter Frampton fans? No? Bummer.

Bean's Honeydripper. I got this Marshall amp switcher from someone here maybe a year or more ago. The name escapes me though. It didn't come out perfect as I didn't take into account the different edges that would show but I guess I'm too lazy to go back to perfect it.

Why not put BOTH jacks on the same face as the DC jack? Was it a matter of board preference?

I think it's great.  The edges and whatnot just give that enclosure character and the graphic came out great.

Thanks GL. Well the Marshall switch had the jack there so I would have had to deal with a hole and it is far more painful to cover up a hole than to just wire it the way I did.
