I made an order two days ago on effectsconnection and my order is still pending,

also I haven't receive any mail with payments infos.

Did anyone have the same problem?

Govmnt_Lacky

Just went there.

Big banner on the home page:

"Effectsconnection is now closed, until further notice"

Keep an eye on your account to make sure they didn't deduct any funds  :o

teknoman2

I believe when I did my order there wasn't that banner.

I didn't give any bank account yet so probably I will not have any issues.

I saw that benner on there over a month ago. So, unless they came back up for a short period and then shut back down, I think you may have overlooked it  :(

teknoman2

Probably is my bad,

Actually I wanted to order some oc 44 cv7003 transistors.

Do you know any other supplier?

As I said before I am looking for a specific oc44.

Texas Instruments OC44 CV7003.

Also I am not gonna pay 7,5 euros for an aftermarket transistor named "oc44"

Small bear is your best bet for reliable quality germanium.

There is no one stop shop for high quality mullard devices at rock bottom prices.

The CV7003 designation doesn't mean it isn't second sourced. It doesn't mean it's mil-spec either. In fact, it doesn't even mean it's an OC44. Check the right column about halfway down the page.

Besides that, it's a freaking Ge transistor. They all suck. Email the guy at Banzai (and any other place that carries them) and see if they know what they actually have. The Banzai page doesn't seem to list them anymore, but they used to have Ge transistors sorted by hfe. They may still be able to help you there.
