My Zombii Fuzz sounds like a Theramin!:-S

Hey guys! Just finished populating my Pcb and ive got few surprises while testing:
Ive got a theramin like sound when the drive and stab are opened!
I can get playable sounds only at low gate levels and drive!
I will post a video eoth the sounds soon!
Im using a AC128 and an AC125! Both pre measured with relatively low leakage... If u also have issues like that please let me know!

Part of the magic of the Fuzz Factory is all the oscillating craziness.     
If yours is behaving like the one in this clip then that is perfectly normal.

Ehheh! I think u still can get funny fuzzy sounds without screwing too much! By fooling arounf i have foun quite interesting combinations! And u can use as a theramin! ! By just playing with the guitar volume or tone! Lol

i had that problem too lol when i built mine i didnt know if it was working properly
if you want a normal fuzz just turn the stab pot all the way up thats it. google fuzz factory settings and find a link that leads you to diy stompboxes i think and youl find a list of all presets how to get different sounds

Yeah man, haha, you can get a TON of fuzz sounds out of that thing.

Definitely look up some of the Fuzz Factory presets as Darkknigh_t recommends.   It takes a little monkeying to get the hang of which controls do what, but it's a really fun little box.

I just mentioned this on another forum earlier, I used the crazy "theramin" oscillations along with a small amp to run a raccoon out of my attic last summer.   

A friend asked me if I could build him a Fuzz / Tremolo combination, so I crammed a Tremulus Lune in there as well.

Well, I've gotta admit, the combination of fuzz/trem wasn't my idea, but I insisted on the particular circuits used.   How could I pass an opportunity to build such a ridiculously crazy thing?!

In my opinion the Tremulus was the perfect companion for the *ahem* Zombii... if you're going to pair up such a thing.      
(personally I would prefer the two circuits separate, but hey, it turned out cool and weighs a ton!)

The guy has done some really neat stuff with it, to the point of using it like a synth with no actual guitar signal feeding it.

I have no idea why Possums are;S but yeah, ur pedal looks great! Do u have a soun sample of the fuzz + tremulo?
By the way, i started building pedals after watching the chromesphere video on youtube! Thanks Paul for that!

I'm actually just about to start building a Theramin...
Well technically my wife is, but she has really no electronics experience (I'll probably be doing most of it).
We are just buying a kit though a club at my university.

We basically just use these kits but modify them to use better antennas(copper plumbing pipes ).
