Modifying double flush tremolo rate and intensity control?

Hi there, I've built a double flush tremolo using a vactrol vtl5c9 I had on hand.
The pedal sounds great but was wondering:
-   how do I modify  for a slow tremolo rate?
-   The intensity control has no effect. It's definitely wired correctly.

If the intensity control isn't working there's either a problem with your wiring or with your circuit board. You should read about how to ask for tech help and make a post in the tech help area. As for a slower rate mod, you could take a look in the mod forum, or ask about it in the tech help area also.
