Here is the Subtlety drive. Basically a modified ROG peppermill with a tone control and clipping diodes (LED and BAT46).

This is my first pcb created in Eagle with lots of help here on the forum. It sounds great and is a simple build for a nice "transparent" overdrive or boost. The stock peppermill setting adds just a tiny bit of hair to your signal at full gain. The LEDs bring in more gain and an open crunch. Finally the BAT46's have even more gain, sustain, and compression. Quite versatile.

The etch is a very simple and elegant one. I wanted a simple one with clean lines as I documented the process and am working to make an enclosure etching tutorial here on madbean.

The subtlety drive pcb was done with OSHPark. I would be glad to share the file so others can build one if they like.

That looks really nice and it sounds great too!

Excellent demo, Pryde! Great etch as well. :)

This is great. The Peppermill is one of my favorites, but the clipping options and added gain is what's been missing!

Great mate, that's gotta be pretty satisfying, first fabbed board a winner. It sounded great in all positions, but it sounded best to my ears, in the medium overdrive setting, nice. all the best, Matt.

Yes excellent as always...great etch and the final section of the sound clip is brilliant :)

Great work
