LED always on

I'm building a Bacon Bits op-amp booster in a 1590a enclosure. Everything works perfectly, both before and after boxing it, except for that the 3mm LED is constantly on. By this I mean that the effect itself turns on and off when pressing the footswitch, but the LED is on in both modes.

Anybody know what's going on?

You probably have a short on your 3PDT, so check that first (the part where the LED is connected is always connected to ground, I think)

Or the led leads are touching the enclosure
