that thing looks pretty fun but I'd much prefer to build it myself if anyone knows how it works

thanks!

Hey Octa i think this can be a  splitter pedal with a voltage divider i don't know a lot of electronics but with the help of madbean guru's and the clues on the user manual you can do something.  Cheeers  ;D

Ok i think i get it !!!! jejejejejeje   The next is the schematic for a common expresion Pedal:

But What happend if you double the schematic and use a double gang pot (25k-B like in the manual) instead a single gang pot.

This is basically where I would start, using a dual ganged potentiometer and DPDT switch.

hmm. thanks guys.

can anyone verify if that is how pigtronix does it?

also, are you saying I'd use a dual-gang wah pot? Those exist? I guess they might make them in-house. See this:

Dual Isolated TRS Jacks
Precision Machined Dual Potentiometer
Potentiometer Throw matched to Treadle Throw

I certainly can't verify it, this was just speculation....

Pigtronix does claim they use a dual potentiometer, so would assume it's SOMETHING similar.

Someone else will have to step in for the mechanical side of things.
