All I really did was add labels and rounded rectangles to Brian's drilling template.

Love the decal. I think you're right when you said the slight imperfections add character. Nice build.

Ah, I figured out the issue. photoshop saves to pdf with all of the separate layers in tact. 
So flattening it first makes it quite postable. 

Here you are. Anyone who wants to use it, change it, whatever... doesn't bother me.

Great work.  Can you please share the file in actual size? I hope you used a 1590BB? the present file is too large a size to be used directly on a 1590BB. Thanks.

Yes, I used a 1590BB. 
The file properties say it is (very close to) the same dimensions as one.  Are you printing it at 300dpi and 100%?
I didn't resize it at all from when I used it, I just flattened the layers so it was small enough to upload.
