Afterlife compressor, based on John Hollis' Flatline... didn't want to label it Afterlife, dunno why.

Brief bit of excitement when I put the IC in backwards, minor fingertip burn, nothing serious. Replace with a new one (right way around), off it goes. Looked for a pencil briefly for the lettering lines, then figured I might as well make a feature of it given the actual effect it does.

Mostly uploading this to prove that even a hamfisted meatworker like me can do this. It's just fiddly, is all. (Otherwise, quite pedestrian for this board.)

I still haven't dared build a TB looper into a 1590A, so kudos from me!
These things intimidate me more than any of the "expert" level builds :D

Heh, on the other forum I post on, I've admitted these small builds scare me more than building ring modulators :) (my personal thread on there is up to 19 pages, it started from my first pedal build...)

Same here.  I'm still impressed every time I see one of these.  My eyeball/freehand drilling method is not conducive to such intricacies :)
