Building my first project. I have everything wired up correctly, but I get no guitar signal on or off and no led. Does the 3pdt have to be faceing a certain way? That's the only thing I can think of that would be wrong... Any help is greatly appreciated. All the polarity is there, but I am just using a battery clip for testing purposes no dc jack.

Sorry to say, but if you have no signal in bypass or with the effect on, and your LED isn't working, there is definitely something wrong with your wiring.

The 3PDT switch does have a correct orientation. It could be that simple.

The switch needs to be mounted so that the eyelets are facing the toward top and bottom of the box, not the sides. When in doubt, make sure that the notch in the switch's threads is facing down toward the bottom of the box.
