Cap substitution in Harbinger

Can I swap out a regular 1uf cap for one of the 1uf electrolytics in this build?

Generally, that is totally fine. Fit might be an issue, but a 1uF cap is a 1uF cap.

Thanks. Because of size I was thinking of one of these little guys.
