Hello, I have a question regarding the transistors.On the board, what transistors are the markings for?I'm sawpping between 2n5889 and bc549cfor Q1 and I can't seem to get it right.

The silkscreen on the mudbunny is for 2N5088 transistors, which are typically EBC.
BC549s are usually CBE, so they would need to be flipped 180 degrees.

If you use sockets you can try 'em both ways. 
But you can also look up the datasheets for whatever transistors you have by searching google for them and figure out the pinouts.
