no effect sound

I know it's big question but any obvious reason why a pedal would not make the effect sound? Making one and it only makes the dry sound when switched to effect. LED works though.

Wiring broken
Faulty parts

- that's the list for commercial pedals

For a DIY pedal it's those three above plus about 1000000 other potential reasons.
